Required for v2 (pit-*) keys. If using v1 (eyJ...) key, leave this empty — location is embedded in the JWT.
Quick Start Guide
Just take photos!
Voice notes and text comments are optional. Our AI analyzes your photos and generates a professional report automatically.
Create New Inspection
Tap New Inspection in the sidebar. Enter the property address, client name, and date. Our property lookup fills in details automatically.
Upload Photos
Take or upload photos of each area — exterior, interior, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. The more photos, the more thorough the report. That's all you need to do!
AI Analyzes Everything
Sit back and watch. Our AI examines every photo, identifies issues, assesses conditions, and writes professional findings — automatically.

CRM Integration
When you generate a final report, the client record (contact, inspection fee, payment status, report link) is pushed to your CRM. The report is always delivered even if the CRM is down — you can retry the sync later.
AI Provider (bring your own key)
Photo analysis, categorization, voice-note translation and chat run on your AI API key, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Without a key, AI features stay off — you can still categorize photos manually.
